At Mavericks Athletics, we ultimately coach Character through competition. We believe there is more to life than sports, and we run our program accordingly. Carpinteria is filled with talented children, all of whom need a positive influence, a safe place to spend their time, and role models who desire to bring out the best in them. We are an extremely competitive program, and do not shy away from hard work and physical challenges. We staff our teams with coaches with college level experience, coaches who will grow to know our players deeply and ultimately believe in who they are as people, as well as athletes.

 

We compete with top teams throughout the state, but the difference between us and them is our foundation. We are founded on Character. Because we know that the testing of our faith produces perseverance, perseverance builds character, and character brings hope.
